Adapted and recreational gardening is an interdisciplinary minor designed to increase student skills and knowledge of inclusive recreational gardening through the provision of profession-based learning opportunities. It is most beneficial to students pursuing careers that include human service, aging studies, parks and recreation, disabilities and horticulture.
Students will take courses like botany, greenhouse crop production, therapeutic recreation and more. For more information about the courses required, review our academic catalog.
